SHIPPING POLICY

  • For detailed shipping costs please input your address in our shipping calculator during the checkout process, you will see different shipping options and prices to choose from.
  • All prices on the website exclude shipping fees. All GirlsGoGlam lashes, are shipped from Vancouver BC, Canada.
  • Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm, we operate on Pacific Time. This does not include weekends and holidays.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours to receive shipment updates, including tracking. This is due to our postal services needing the allotted time to update their websites. 
  • All shipments will be processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours. If order is processed on a weekend or holiday, your package will be shipped on the first business day. 
  • Please Note: DHL DOES NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES
  • GirlsGoGlam cannot be held liable for any delays in delivery due to carrier mishandling, incorrect addresses or contact information or weather related issues. After order has been shipped we are not responsible for lost, damaged, delayed packages.

INCORRECT ADDRESS/CONTACT INFORMATION DISCLAIMER

  • In the case we cannot process an order due to obvious incomplete shipping information, or payment we will notify you to correct the issue. 
  • GirlsGoGlam is not responsible for incorrect address or contact information, return to sender or refused packages.
  •  It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. Please confirm the address you are entering before placing order.
  •  GirlsGoGlam has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to us.
  •  All orders with these issues must be addressed within 14 days of the most recent tracking scan or delivery date. 
  •  Once a package has been shipped we cannot reroute to different address. You must contact shipping service directly to make any changes. Incurring costs will be customers responsibility.

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • We try to ship orders as quickly as possible. If you notify us before your order has been shipped, your cancellation request will be considered however not guaranteed due to the nature of our payment processing system.
  • Once a package has been shipped we CANNOT cancel your order.
