Exchange & Refund Policy
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it within 30 days of the date of purchase. Our policy here at GirlsGoGlam does NOT accept returns or exchanges at any time. Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic reasons it will NOT be plausible to accept any returns or exchanges. Please make note of this before completing your purchase. However, not to worry Glam Girls, we know you're going to absolutely LOVE your lashes!
Mistake or Defective Order:
In the case your lashes may be considered defective, please email:
- Please send us your Full Name & Order Number.
- We must be notified within 30 days of you receiving your package, beyond 30 days since your receipt of purchase or delivery date, we cannot be held responsible.
- To receive a replacement product, proof of error must be provided to us. In this case please provide us with the above information.
- All products must be in original condition. Any lash(es) or packaging that have been used or tampered with will not be eligible to be replaced.
- If the product is deemed defective by us you will be eligible for a replacement of the same item purchased.
- Once proof of error is received and inspected we will notify you via email to provide you with an address to send your incorrect lash(es). We will also notify you if replacement request has been rejected.
- GirlsGoGlam is not responsible for any extra shipping fees incurred in replacement process.
